Sugarplum Birthday Party

Happy Friday!

As we’re currently trying to survive the second polar vortex of 2014, we have visions of sweet sugarplums dancing in our heads. Sugarplums…in January? When they’re as sweet as this sugarplum birthday party…absolutely!

For birthday girl Preston Avery, her mom wanted to celebrate her December birthday, as well as get her guests in the Christmas spirit! So she came to us with the idea of throwing Preston Avery a party based around our favorite line in “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” With visions of sugarplums filling our heads, we got to work on the sweet invitation.

Prior to Preston Avery’s birthday, her mom had the sweetest photoshoot inspired by her sugarplum birthday party! We used pictures from the shoot (which included sparkly baubles, candy, and fun treats) as inspiration for our designs. For the invitation itself, we included one of her pictures and adorned it with sweet treats and of course…her monogram!! The invitation was complete with a precious plaid envelope liner.
